Bookings
A booking submitted in the app is a request. It is only confirmed when its status shows "Confirmed".

Self drive
Self-drive rentals may require a refundable security deposit and valid identification. Vehicle-specific terms are shown before you book.
Changes and cancellation
Pending bookings can be edited or cancelled in the app. Confirmed bookings can only be cancelled by request, which our team reviews.
